Additionally, the Lead Server manages phone orders and supports other servers by ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

This position offers competitive straight hourly pay up to $17.88, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education, with no tips involved, highlighting a fair compensation structure. The role demands at least one year of dining room serving experience and candidates must be 19 years or older. Immanuel Communities places strong emphasis on work-life balance, inclusivity, and meaningful purpose, which means you will not just have a job but be part of a purposeful mission that impacts lives daily.

Joining Immanuel means becoming part of a team that values diversity, supports personal and professional growth, and offers a workplace culture that celebrates each individual’s uniqueness. The organization promotes total rewards including competitive compensation, benefits packages, and an engaging work environment focused on employee recognition and feedback. If you strive to work in a place where your efforts directly enhance the well-being of seniors and your career development is encouraged, this Lead Server position at Arboretum Village is an ideal fit for you.
