Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous front of house experience preferred
- Experience in senior living environment preferred
- Ability to work full time with open availability
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position
Job Qualifications
- Previous front of house experience
- Experience in senior living dining services preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to train and lead team members
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Take and deliver food and drink orders while creating an enjoyable dining experience
- Serve as the main communication point for work-related requests to unit management
- Train and acclimate new associates to company and client culture and operations
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- Promptly address and correct any guest complaints or issues
- Assist in employee selection and orientation
- Oversee training of staff in areas of responsibility
