Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous front of house experience preferred
  • Experience in senior living environment preferred
  • Ability to work full time with open availability
  • Willingness to learn and be trained
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position

Job Qualifications

  • Previous front of house experience
  • Experience in senior living dining services preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to train and lead team members
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Customer service orientation
  • Open availability preferred

Job Duties

  • Take and deliver food and drink orders while creating an enjoyable dining experience
  • Serve as the main communication point for work-related requests to unit management
  • Train and acclimate new associates to company and client culture and operations
  • Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients
  • Promptly address and correct any guest complaints or issues
  • Assist in employee selection and orientation
  • Oversee training of staff in areas of responsibility
