Job Qualifications
- minimum 2 years of experience as a server or bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a fellow team members
- strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including service techniques menu items and alcoholic beverages
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with health and safety regulations
- proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and reporting
Job Duties
- assist F&B management with leading the serving and bartending staff providing guidance and support as needed
- assist with training new servers and bartenders on service standards menu knowledge and customer service skills
- ensure that all guests receive prompt friendly and efficient service
- maintain a thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus and make recommendations to guests
- oversee the set-up and organization of the dining area and bar ensuring cleanliness and proper stock levels
- monitor and manage inventory levels for the bar including ordering and restocking supplies as needed
- handle guest inquiries concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
- implement and enforce all health and safety regulations including proper food handling and storage procedures
- support management when conducting regular staff meetings to communicate updates provide training and address any issues or concerns
