Job Description

Dial is a dedicated senior living community that truly embodies the philosophy of loving the way you work. At Dial, our team members are given the extraordinary opportunity to serve and learn from some of the most knowledgeable seniors, creating a close-knit environment where our residents feel like family. Our mission is centered on infusing happiness and joy into the daily lives of those we serve. Working at Dial means you will be part of a team that does more than just provide care; you contribute to making a difference by adding years to residents' lives and life to their years. The community is committed to fostering a positive work culture with various employment types available including full-time positions that accommodate day, evening, and weekend shifts.

The position we are offering is a Lead Dining Room Server role where you will play a crucial part in delivering excellent dining service to our residents while also assisting in the training and mentoring of other team members. This leadership position requires not only performing the duties of a Dining Room Server with high consistency and quality but also stepping up to lead pre-shift meetings, handle resident dining concerns, and ensure smooth dining operations. You will act as a role model in communication, professionalism, and adherence to food safety standards, ensuring every resident enjoys a superior dining experience. The role demands effective multitasking, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to promote teamwork among staff members.

Working at Dial comes with an array of valuable benefits and perks designed to support and appreciate our team members. These include paid time off for birthdays and anniversaries, tuition assistance, double pay on holidays, and PTO accrual from day one. Additional benefits such as referral bonuses, free meals during shifts (which can save up to $260), loyalty incentives, and an employee recognition program highlight our commitment to rewarding our staff. We also offer discounts through major providers like Verizon and AT&T, a pay advance program, comprehensive medical and prescription drug insurance including dental and vision coverage, basic term life and AD&D insurance, and a 401K retirement plan.

This role requires a passion for senior living, patience, a customer-focused attitude, and a willingness to uphold the highest standards of food safety and service excellence. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year of food service experience and must be at least 16 years old. If you enjoy working with older adults and have experience or interest in the senior living or hospitality industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, community-oriented environment.
