Job Description

Rose Senior Living Beachwood is a distinguished senior living community dedicated to offering exceptional care and a warm, engaging environment for its residents. Nestled in a serene location, Rose Senior Living Beachwood is part of a larger organization committed to elevating the standards of senior living by combining compassionate care with a vibrant lifestyle. The community is renowned for its personalized approach, where each resident's unique history, preferences, and needs are honored and catered to by a dedicated team of professionals. The organization fosters a culture of respect, dignity, and meaningful engagement, encouraging staff to not just work, but to be an integral part of the residents' extraordinary life stories. This approach creates a rewarding workplace for employees who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors.

The role of Dining Room Lead Server at Rose Senior Living Beachwood invites hospitality-focused individuals to join a culinary team that delivers exceptional dining experiences to senior residents. This full-time position is vital in maintaining a high standard of service within the community's dining areas. The Dining Room Lead Server is responsible for both hands-on serving duties and overseeing the dining room operation in the absence of the Dining Room Manager. This includes ensuring the dining room is impeccably maintained, coordinating seating arrangements, scheduling and training staff, and using the point-of-sale system to record meal counts and additional charges. The position pays $17.00 per hour and offers a unique opportunity to work in an enriching environment where hospitality meets senior care. Employees in this role will have the chance to develop leadership skills, mentor others, and contribute to a positive and inviting atmosphere for residents and guests alike. For those enthusiastic about hospitality and senior engagement, this role offers the chance to be part of a company that values investment in its people as much as in its residents, fostering growth and fulfillment in a meaningful caregiving setting.
