Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of experience in dining services, hospitality, restaurant service, senior living, private club, country club, or a similar guest-focused environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead by example in providing warm, attentive, and polished service
- Help maintain a welcoming, club-style dining experience for residents and guests
- Support daily meal service by assisting team members and helping ensure smooth operations
- Greet residents and guests, assist with seating, present menus, and communicate special requests to the culinary team
- Stay informed on menu offerings, daily features, and item availability
- Provide attentive table service, including food and beverage delivery, table maintenance, and anticipating resident needs
- Help ensure dining and service areas are clean, organized, and ready for service
- Review side work, support peer coaching, and assist with special events or shift coverage as needed
