Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and event days
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Must comply with background screening if applicable

- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to quickly learn and retain menu knowledge
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Take and deliver food and drink orders while creating an enjoyable dining experience
- Serve as the point person for communication with unit management
- Train and acclimate new associates to company and client culture and operations
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients
- Promptly address and resolve any guest complaints or issues
- Assist in the selection, orientation, and training of employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
