We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Server to become a key part of our upscale restaurant team. This role is vital in ensuring high standards of service across the restaurant, bar, and event spaces. The Lead Server will play a critical role in guiding and supporting the front-of-house team while maintaining an outstanding guest experience synonymous with the Feel brand. In this role, the Lead Server will be responsible for overseeing the daily service operations, mentoring junior staff, and acting as a role model for professionalism and excellence. Proficiency with various POS systems, including the TOAST POS system, is essential to effectively manage orders and transactions.

The Lead Server will be responsible for upselling menu items and beverage options to maximize sales opportunities without compromising the guest experience.
