Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food service or restaurant roles
  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality settings
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems, especially TOAST
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally within fine dining or upscale establishments
  • Prior experience as a server or host/hostess with demonstrated leadership capabilities is preferred
  • Familiarity with TOAST POS systems is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
  • Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively
  • Ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing attentive guest service
  • Experience in sales-driven roles within the hospitality or food industry is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or busy restaurants

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate the serving team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-end dining setting
  • Take orders accurately using TOAST POS systems
  • Upsell menu items and beverage options to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction
  • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards are adhered to at all times
  • Provide personalized guest relations by addressing special requests and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist with training new staff members on service protocols, POS operation, and customer service excellence
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
  • Support the team during busy periods by bussing tables, assisting with food preparation, or other duties as needed
  • Manage cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently during service
