Job Duties
- Lead and support FOH team during service
- Deliver warm, consistent, high-quality guest experiences
- Help with floor charts, sidework, and team coaching
- Handle cashouts, balance deposits, and close out accurately
- Promote Nexus Neighbor program and upsell menu features
