The Lead Server position at Pegasus Senior Living is integral to maintaining the high standards of food service and dining experience within their communities. This role is responsible for orchestrating the smooth operation of the dining environment by effectively managing employee schedules and training new servers. The Lead Server serves as a role model by imparting exceptional service values, correct etiquette, and resident engagement skills to dietary staff, ensuring a consistent, respectful, and welcoming atmosphere for every resident.
