- Relevant experience in food service or dietary environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain compliance with health regulations

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or dietary department
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Organize employee schedules to ensure smooth dining operation
- Train new servers on service excellence, etiquette, and resident engagement
- Manage and supervise dietary department staff
- Plan and direct dietary department activities and ensure compliance with policies
- Maintain food service standards, policies, procedures, and equipment
- Ensure adherence to city and state food service regulations
- Promote the companys mission statement
