Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in food service or dietary environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to maintain compliance with health regulations
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or dietary department
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Organize employee schedules to ensure smooth dining operation
  • Train new servers on service excellence, etiquette, and resident engagement
  • Manage and supervise dietary department staff
  • Plan and direct dietary department activities and ensure compliance with policies
  • Maintain food service standards, policies, procedures, and equipment
  • Ensure adherence to city and state food service regulations
  • Promote the companys mission statement
