Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant work experience in dietary or food service roles
  • Ability to organize and manage staff schedules
  • Strong leadership and training abilities
  • Knowledge of city and state food safety regulations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage and supervise dietary staff for optimal performance
  • Plan and direct dietary department activities according to company policies
  • Ensure compliance with food service standards, city and state regulations
  • Maintain equipment and systems related to food service operations
  • Promote the company mission and foster a positive dining environment
