The Surfing Fox is currently seeking a Lead Server to join their dynamic team. This role requires an individual with creativity and passion for hospitality, someone who thrives in delivering excellent guest service while inspiring their peers. The Lead Server acts as a crucial bridge between the serving staff and management, ensuring that all service standards and procedures are meticulously followed according to the Corner Office and Sage Restaurant Group (SRG) expectations. This position involves supervising and guiding servers to perform at their highest level, maintaining cleanliness and organization of stations, and managing various service-related tasks during shifts.

The Lead Server position requires a flexible work schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the operational demands of the restaurant. Responsibilities include setup and tear down of service areas, coaching team members in real time, managing guest interactions, and assisting supervisory staff in the absence of a manager.
