We are currently seeking a full-time salaried Lead Senior Restaurant Assistant Manager, Senior Restaurant Hospitality Manager, or Senior FOH Manager to join our vibrant team. The Lead Senior Restaurant Manager will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth workflow, compliance with company standards, and exemplary service delivery. Employees also benefit from exclusive discounts, holiday closures on Thanksgiving and Christmas, and a supportive community via the Lucky Cat Fund, which assists team members facing financial hardships.

As the Lead Senior Restaurant Manager, you will supervise and mentor hospitality team members, ensuring all front-of-house staff adheres to dress codes, safety standards, and operational procedures. You will develop schedules, conduct pre-shift meetings, and manage controllable expenses with a focus on efficient inventory execution. The role requires physical stamina including standing and walking for long shifts, bending, reaching, and safely handling kitchen equipment such as woks, mixers, slicers, and knives.
