Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management
- Valid driver’s license required for duties such as shift coverage and local marketing initiatives
- Ability to stand and walk for up to ten hours in each shift
- Ability to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management
- Experience in mentoring and training hourly team members
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience in casual dining or upscale restaurant settings preferred
- Background in a corporate restaurant chain preferred
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and financial oversight preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise and train all hospitality team members
- Clearly communicate with team members, management, and guests
- Develop scheduling for all hospitality team members
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to set daily priorities and provide guidance for staff
- Enforce dress code standards for front of house staff
- Ensure compliance with state safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support inventory execution
- Manage controllable expenses effectively
- Assign and ensure completion of all side work
- Manage checkout processes for hospitality staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for team members and guests
- Handle guest service issues with professionalism and compassion
- Embody and promote our core values and inspire others to do the same
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment including a wok, mixer, slicer, and knives with skill and safety
