Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management
  • Valid driver's license required for occasional duties such as shift coverage, meeting liquor license requirements, and attending offsite training or meetings
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to mentor and train hourly team members effectively
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise and train all Hospitality Team Members to ensure they are equipped to excel
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with Team Members, Management, and our Guests
  • Develop and manage schedules for all Hospitality Team Members
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to set daily goals and provide ongoing direction for staff
  • Enforce dress code standards among front-of-house personnel
  • Ensure adherence to all state safety and sanitation regulations
  • Support inventory management and assist with execution
  • Manage controllable expenses within your area of responsibility
  • Assign and ensure completion of all side work
  • Oversee check-outs for all Hospitality staff
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for Team Members and Guests
  • Handle Guest Service issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Embody and inspire others to uphold our company values in all aspects of the role
  • Maintain physical stamina, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours) each shift
  • Perform tasks that require reaching, bending, balancing, and transporting items weighing up to 30 lbs regularly, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including a wok, mixer, slicer, and buffalo chopper, while ensuring knives are maintained properly
