The company emphasizes the value of each employee’s unique strengths and perspectives, fostering a culture where every team member is empowered to make a meaningful difference. With career opportunities available in its stores, distribution centers, store support centers, and private fleet teams, Dollar General is committed to providing inclusive employment that supports career growth and development.

The role of Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General centers on maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused store environment. This position is vital for ensuring the store’s smooth operation and maximizing both profitability and customer satisfaction.
