Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training preferred
- ability to operate cash register and scanner
- ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
- ability to follow safety policies and practices
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 55 pounds
- ability to stand and walk frequently
- ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb up to six feet occasionally
- ability to operate equipment such as pricing guns, box cutters, and dollies
- availability to drive personal vehicle to make bank deposits and attend meetings
- excellent interpersonal communication skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service leadership
- greet and assist customers
- operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payments, make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers
- follow company work processes to receive, open, unpack, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise
- build merchandise displays
- clean the store including taking out trash, dusting, mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms and stockrooms
- assist in planogram implementation and maintenance
- open and close the store under direction of Store Manager
- perform management duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
