The company's mission, Serving Others, reflects its commitment to delivering value not only to its customers but also fostering a supportive work environment for its employees. With a wide range of career opportunities available in store locations, distribution centers, store support centers, and its private fleet team, Dollar General is more than just a retailer; it is a community-focused enterprise that appreciates the unique strengths and perspectives of each of its team members. Dollar General helps customers save time and money by offering frequently used and replenished products such as food, snacks, health and beauty aids, cleaning supplies, apparel, housewares, and seasonal items, all in convenient neighborhood locations.
The role of a Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General is integral to the day-to-day success of the store and its overall customer experience. This position involves maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment while prioritizing a customer-first approach.
