The Lead Sales Associate role at Dollar General is a pivotal position focused on ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment. This role also includes key leadership responsibilities such as opening and closing the store under the Store Manager's direction and fulfilling managerial duties when required. Working in a fast-paced retail environment, the Lead Sales Associate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
