As a leader within the store, this position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a focus on customer service leadership, and the ability to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates who possess strong mathematical skills for cash handling, an understanding of safety policies, and the capability to perform supervisory duties are well suited for this opportunity. Dollar General offers competitive starting pay ranging from $15.80 to $16.05 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits tailored to support employees' physical, mental, and financial well-being.
