The Lead Sales Associate role is a critical part of the Tommy Hilfiger retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through the execution of Tommy Hilfiger's customer service standards. Reporting to Store Management, the Lead Associate supports store operations and serves as an ambassador of the brand's image through personal appearance, professional conduct, and customer interactions. The Lead Sales Associate ensures that the sales floor is well-stocked, visually appealing, and impeccably maintained to enhance the shopping experience. They are tasked with minimizing inventory shortages by adhering to loss prevention procedures and assisting in the execution of operational policies and procedures.
