Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of one to two years related experience and/or training
  • Ability to work both part-time and full-time schedules
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Lead the reception area providing friendly and efficient service
  • Greet visitors and residents and answer their questions
  • Ensure visitors sign guest sheets and maintain accurate visitor logs
  • Answer and direct phone calls to proper residents and staff
  • Sort, deliver, and collect incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform basic office and clerical functions as needed
  • Respond to resident emergencies by contacting appropriate internal and external parties according to protocol
