The Lead Production Cook role at Sodexo is a full-time position based at Endicott College, offering a competitive hourly wage of $30.90. The work schedule includes varying shifts with open availability preferred, covering days and hours during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events. Additionally, as a Lead Production Cook, you may be tasked with supporting management by overseeing certain daily kitchen functions and employees, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
