- Assists in receiving food products and storing inventory stock
- Receives food items for daily meal production from inventory control
- Prepares three types of meal services for staff, residents, and catered events
- Participates in special catering events as assigned
- Cleans kitchen equipment and maintains sanitation levels
- Participates in weekly sanitation inspections and delegates correction of deficiencies
- Supervises food production and utility staff
- Creates and maintains staff schedules for daily operations and catered events
- Maintains production plans for staff
- Assists in menu creation and operations in the Duck Inn
- Assists in disciplinary matters related to production staff
- Attends scheduled in-services and mandatory educational programs
- Performs other duties as required
