Job Requirements
- Two years of previous porter/leader experience is required
- Ability to work full time from Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to comply with company policies and drug-free workplace standards
- Must be located in or willing to commute to San Francisco, CA
- Ability to use personal protective equipment properly
- Must be able to conduct quality assurance and customer surveys as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of previous porter/leader experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of safety and personal protective equipment protocols
- Ability to supervise and train team members
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform duties with professionalism and respect toward customers and team members
Job Duties
- Delivers quality customer service by providing one on one attention to detail
- Provide assignments and assistance to team members
- Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment in all aspects of job performance
- Relieve shift supervisor in times of absence
- Adjust or cover schedules as needed during times of short staffing
- Ensure that team members maintain set standards by conducting quality assurance surveys
- Monitor and report any equipment issues or shortages
- Conduct customer and patient surveys
- Interact with patients/customers in an appropriate manner in relation to age based competencies
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director
