Job Requirements

  • Two years of previous porter/leader experience is required
  • Ability to work full time from Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and drug-free workplace standards
  • Must be located in or willing to commute to San Francisco, CA
  • Ability to use personal protective equipment properly
  • Must be able to conduct quality assurance and customer surveys as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of previous porter/leader experience
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of safety and personal protective equipment protocols
  • Ability to supervise and train team members
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to perform duties with professionalism and respect toward customers and team members

Job Duties

  • Delivers quality customer service by providing one on one attention to detail
  • Provide assignments and assistance to team members
  • Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment in all aspects of job performance
  • Relieve shift supervisor in times of absence
  • Adjust or cover schedules as needed during times of short staffing
  • Ensure that team members maintain set standards by conducting quality assurance surveys
  • Monitor and report any equipment issues or shortages
  • Conduct customer and patient surveys
  • Interact with patients/customers in an appropriate manner in relation to age based competencies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director
