Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in janitorial, custodial, groundskeeping, or maintenance support
- ability to lead a team and prioritize tasks efficiently
- excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices
- ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor regularly
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to communicate effectively with team members
- ability to read and understand safety data sheets (SDS)

Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, leasing office, amenities, and restrooms
- remove trash and debris from grounds, parking lots, and dumpster areas
- lead and assist porter team in maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the community
- power wash walkways, breezeways, and exterior surfaces as needed
- prepare vacant units for occupancy by assisting with cleaning, light repairs, and trash-out
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as necessary
- inspect community grounds regularly and report maintenance needs to the supervisor
- ensure the porter team follows safety procedures and company standards
- provide training and guidance to porter staff as assigned
