Caesars Entertainment is a globally recognized leader in the hospitality and gaming industry, renowned for delivering exceptional experiences to its guests through world-class resorts, casinos, and entertainment venues. As a company rooted in creating extraordinary moments, Caesars is committed to its Mission of "Create the Extraordinary," which guides its operations and service philosophy. The organization’s Vision emphasizes designing spectacular worlds that inspire, immerse, and connect people, underscoring a dedication to excellence and innovation. Caesars also upholds core Values including "Blaze the Trail," "Together We Win," and "All-In on Service," which reflect its commitment to teamwork, pioneering spirit, and unparalleled guest service.
Caesars Entertainment places a strong emphasis on corporate social responsibility through its People Planet Play framework. This initiative focuses on sustainable economic development, improving the well-being of its team members and their families, and making positive contributions to local communities across its operational footprint. With a culture rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion, Caesars fosters a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees and guests.
The role of Public Area Housekeeping Supervisor at Caesars Entertainment is a pivotal position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall aesthetic of guest and employee areas within the property. Reporting directly to Public Area Housekeeping Supervisors and Managers, this supervisory role involves both leadership and hands-on cleaning duties to ensure public spaces meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. The position emphasizes the importance of teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
As a Public Area Housekeeping Supervisor, the individual will assist in developing training programs aimed at onboarding and enhancing the skills of new employees, ensuring they understand and comply with Caesars’ stringent cleaning and service standards. The supervisor is also tasked with monitoring the condition of public areas, supply rooms, and equipment, verifying that they are well-maintained and stocked. This role requires a proactive approach to managing linen consumption, supplies, and the care of furniture and fixtures, ensuring the environment is both welcoming and meticulously maintained.
Key responsibilities include assigning daily work tasks and distributing keys, following operational manuals and emergency procedures, and maintaining professional personal appearance standards. Supervisors must remain vigilant in reporting any suspicious activities that could compromise hotel security. The role demands a capacity to work flexible hours, including overtime, to accommodate staffing needs, special projects, or fluctuations in business.
Successful candidates will exhibit strong customer service skills, embody Caesars’ core values and DEI culture, and perform duties with a commitment to excellence. The position also requires an understanding of OSHA regulations, chemical use, and biohazard clean-up procedures, underscoring the importance of safety in all housekeeping operations. This job offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the guest experience at one of the most prestigious entertainment companies in the world, supporting a culture that values collaboration, respect, and exceptional service.
