- 2+ years of experience in porter role at a dealership
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Team-first attitude with ability to lead by example

- Prior leadership or team coordination experience preferred
- Familiarity with service drive or lot operations a plus
- Spanish/English bilingual a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily porter operations across service drive, car wash, and vehicle movement areas
- Monitor porter attendance, punctuality, break coverage, and professionalism
- Assign porter tasks based on traffic, workload, and dealership needs
- Support shuttle coordination ensuring timely and professional customer transportation
- Coordinate lot movements, display vehicle positioning, and showroom vehicle readiness
- Serve as the communication bridge between porters and management relaying directives and providing feedback
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility, service drive, and lounge
- Provide hands-on support moving vehicles, assisting customers, and ensuring safety and efficiency
