As they experience growth, they are looking to expand their plumbing team and are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Lead Plumber to join their workforce.

The role of Lead Plumber is pivotal within the company, combining hands-on plumbing expertise with leadership and supervisory responsibilities. The Lead Plumber will be entrusted with installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of plumbing fixtures including showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, water heaters, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and sump pumps. This position requires close collaboration with other construction professionals such as general contractors and electricians, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and up to code. The Lead Plumber will have to read and interpret building plans and blueprints, assigning and prioritizing tasks to team members, as well as providing technical guidance and training to less experienced staff.

Additionally, the Lead Plumber must be adept at troubleshooting complex plumbing issues and devising value-added solutions that meet customer needs. The position demands a high level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally. Working hours for this role are typically Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional on-call duties required. Compensation ranges from $38.00 to $45.00 per hour, reflecting the candidate's experience and qualifications.
