The Lead Pharmacist position at Lee Health’s Cape Coral Hospital represents a vital role in the pharmacy services team. This full-time, third-shift role – spanning from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM – holds primary responsibility for overseeing pharmacy operations during overnight hours, ensuring safe, efficient, and rational medication management across the hospital. Compensation ranges between $119,600 and $149,822 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
