Job Duties
- Oversee daily pastry production and ensure consistency in quality and presentation
- Execute items from the prep list including baked goods and desserts
- Assist the Pastry Chef with daily kitchen tasks and production
- Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness according to health and safety standards
- Mentor and train junior pastry staff to improve skills and efficiency
- Ensure all pastries and desserts meet the hotel’s culinary standards during service
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and refine dessert offerings
