Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver's license for Tennessee
- Ability to lead ramp operations and manage staff
- Capable of communicating clearly and effectively
- Proficient in customer service practices
- Ability to perform non-routine tasks independently
- Willingness to adhere to safety and regulatory procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Intermediate customer service skills
- Intermediate communication skills
- Basic critical thinking skills
- Ability to lead peers effectively
- Knowledge of safe and compliant driving practices
- Understanding of safety rules and regulations
Job Duties
- Fulfill all key responsibilities of a valet attendant
- Lead employee for ramp management at valet station including traffic flow, cleanliness, and staffing
- Report shift activity for valet station including volume, attendance tracking, operational controls, supply inventory, and accidents
- Lead employees in monitoring service delivery including uniform integrity, opening doors, using names, and providing directions
- Assist with training staff new to the valet station
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols
