This position offers hourly compensation ranging from $20 to $28, influenced by experience, with additional incentives including a $1 per hour shift differential and $2 per hour for perfect attendance per pay period. The position specifically caters to night shift workers, offering opportunities to work on a schedule that includes 12-hour night shifts with potential for rotation to day shifts. As an Extrusion Operator, the incumbent will work under the general direction of the Extrusion Manager and designated Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day production operations focused on manufacturing high-density polyethylene (HDPE) film.

Key responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, efficient operation of extrusion lines, maintaining product quality, and managing resources effectively. The position features multiple levels of advancement based on demonstrated operator knowledge, skills, and departmental metrics. The role demands a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, intermediate repairs, and proactive involvement in training and overseeing other department employees.
