Job Qualifications
- Prior experience leading others
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences
- For Bakery: one year or more of experience as a Baker
- For Meat: knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat, previous experience working in a meat department, experience with grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools
- Ability to obtain certifications as required
