The Lead position at GXO is a crucial role within the warehouse operation, offering an opportunity to lead a team through night shift hours from Monday to Friday, from 6:30 pm to 3:00 am. This role is designed for inspirational leaders who excel at managing operational processes, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and overseeing on-time order completion. As a Lead, you will have responsibility for supervising your assigned team and warehouse area to ensure seamless daily operations.
