The role we are offering is a crucial part of our team, involving driving and operating our new 26-foot automatic box trucks to safely move furniture and household goods in residential settings. This position requires not only physical strength and endurance but also a commitment to providing a high-quality customer experience on every job. You will work closely with a professional moving team, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and with great care. Using company-provided tablets for electronic paperwork and job management is part of the daily workflow, reflecting our focus on modern technology and streamlined operations.
This role offers competitive pay ranging from $30 to $40 or more per hour, with the potential to increase earnings through tips and monthly performance bonuses. Daily tips can average from $20 to $150 or more, providing excellent earning potential for motivated team members. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with shifts mostly being full-day and the company operating 7 days a week. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience required
- Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (no major violations)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
- Ability to climb stairs
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Moving, warehouse, delivery, box-truck, general labor, construction, military, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
