This ethos serves as the foundation for all operations at Maude's, ensuring that every guest experience is delivered with warmth, professionalism, and an authentic Texan touch. As part of a reputable hospitality establishment, Maude's Lobby Bar is renowned for creating a welcoming atmosphere that seamlessly blends traditional Texan hospitality with contemporary luxury, providing guests with an exceptional bar and dining experience that honors both heritage and quality.

We are excited to invite an experienced and engaging Lead Mixologist to join the Maude's Bar & Terrace team. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating the bar’s presence within our resort. The Lead Mixologist is responsible for overseeing the beverage program by crafting innovative, high-quality cocktails that align with the resort’s character and uphold the highest standards of the guest experience. This leadership role involves overseeing bar operations during service hours, ensuring the smooth execution of recipes, maintaining consistent beverage presentation, and mentoring bartenders to perfect their craft and hospitality skills.

Additionally, the Lead Mixologist manages inventory control, preparation activities, and the development of seasonal beverage menus to keep the bar offerings fresh and aligned with guest expectations. Close collaboration with Food & Beverage leadership is essential to elevate the bar’s identity, maintain Forbes-level service standards, and fuel guest satisfaction and revenue growth. Applicants must bring a minimum of five years of beverage experience, ideally gained in high-volume, craft-cocktail, or luxury bar environments, demonstrating both practical skills and leadership capabilities in managing bar teams and operations.

This full-time role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for a passionate professional eager to contribute to a high-caliber hospitality team. Maude's is committed to supporting its team through career growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits, recognizing that nurturing talent within is key to continuing excellence. If you have an unwavering commitment to exceptional service standards, thrive in fast-paced, guest-focused settings, and aspire to lead and innovate in beverage service, Maude's Lobby Bar welcomes your expertise and leadership.
