Job Requirements

  • minimum 5 years of beverage experience
  • leadership experience in bar operations
  • excellent communication skills
  • commitment to high service standards
  • Texas Food Handler’s and TABC certification
  • must have full open availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • prior hotel experience is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 5 years of progressive beverage experience in high-volume, craft-cocktail, or luxury bar environments
  • proven leadership experience overseeing bar operations and mentoring staff
  • commitment to Forbes-level service standards and luxury hospitality guest experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction and team leadership
  • Texas Food Handler’s and TABC certification
  • prior hotel experience is a plus
  • full open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • oversee beverage program and bar operations during service
  • craft innovative and high-quality cocktails reflective of resort character
  • train and mentor bartenders on techniques and recipe execution
  • ensure consistent beverage presentation and guest satisfaction
  • manage inventory, preparation, and seasonal menu development
  • collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to maintain service standards
  • drive guest satisfaction and bar revenue
