Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior sales or customer service experience
- availability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- able to reach overhead and below knees and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- pass background and drug screening as per company policy
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
- enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone
- able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- leadership ability
- ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- knowledge of vacation ownership or hospitality industry a plus
Job Duties
- Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs
