You will act as a customer concierge, assisting guests with island activities and ensuring a professional and welcoming company image. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation and tracking of marketing programs, mentor and train marketing representatives, and serve as the primary resource for day-to-day questions and concerns within your team.

This role requires a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays to align with guest travel patterns and business needs, with shifts varying between 6:30 AM and 9:30 PM. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of customer service experience, intermediate computer proficiency with knowledge of systems such as ATCO, VOICE, Salesforce, or GoConcierge, and a thorough understanding of the island’s attractions and amenities. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a proven ability to persuade and overcome objections are essential for success.

This role is not only an opportunity to advance your career but also to be part of a company that prioritizes work-life balance, family-friendly benefits, and exclusive travel perks for its employees. Joining Hilton Grand Vacations as a Marketing Representative Lead means stepping into a role where you can make a meaningful impact, grow professionally, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that supports your overall well-being and career ambitions.
