Their dedication to employee success is reflected in their comprehensive benefits programs, competitive pay, and opportunities for career advancement.
The Lead Marketing Concierge is a pivotal role within HGV’s marketing team, primarily supporting Marketing Leaders by enhancing operational efficiency and driving innovative solutions to existing challenges. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays, catering to the dynamic needs of the company and team members. The role involves collaborating closely with team members, coaching and mentoring new hires, and providing detailed training on marketing and sales processes. A significant portion of the role integrates active production-based marketing duties, with focused days dedicated solely to team leadership responsibilities.
Team members in this role enjoy a competitive pay rate of $19 per hour, supplemented by commission and bonuses based on performance, with targeted annual earnings reaching $85,000 or more. HGV also provides immediate access to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one, along with a 401k retirement plan featuring a company match, life insurance, and a stock purchase program. The company emphasizes financial wellness alongside a generous paid time off and sick leave program, ensuring employees maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, team members benefit from access to exclusive discount travel programs and ongoing opportunities for professional development and recognition.
Joining HGV as a Lead Marketing Concierge offers not only a rewarding financial package but also a supportive environment focused on continuous growth and success. Candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of the Hawaii and Honolulu market, and experience in sales and marketing within the timeshare or vacation ownership industry will find this role highly suitable. The company values diversity and inclusion and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities throughout the employment process. This role represents an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals seeking a stable yet challenging position within a reputable and employee-centered organization.
