Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience
  • Experience in manufacturing operations or automation systems

Job Duties

  • Drive data-driven decision-making through data acquisition systems, controls platforms, and manufacturing technologies, including LabVIEW, PLCs, and related systems
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, safety, and operational effectiveness
  • Support and scale advanced automation technologies including Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), Amazon Boxes, Coin Dispensers, and automated production systems
  • Develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Python, Visual Basic, SAP scripting, and related technologies
  • Create dashboards, reports, visualizations, and data analysis solutions utilizing Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and similar platforms
  • Act as liaison between Manufacturing, AMO, Digital Technology, Engineering, and internal customers to translate technical requirements into business-focused solutions
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and business leaders
  • Lead and support Lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve operational performance
  • Evaluate, test, and implement next-generation manufacturing technologies, including additive manufacturing, laser hardfacing, robotics, automated data collection, and induction heating solutions
  • Identify opportunities to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Champion digital innovation and modernization across manufacturing operations and business processes
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver technology and process improvement initiatives
  • Support the development of long-term digital manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, environmental, and operational standards throughout all projects and initiatives
