Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency

- Strong knife skills and kitchen equipment proficiency
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a lead line cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and dietary requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- A passion for cooking and creating exceptional meals for guests
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the restaurant
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items
- Assist in catering events as needed, providing exceptional meal preparation for various occasions
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours
- Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation
