Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
- knowledge of and adherence to food safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen tasks
- ability to follow directions and work within a team environment

Job Duties
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment
- As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting meals that meet our restaurant's standards of excellence
- This position requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needed orders
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances
- Support the dietary department by accommodating special dietary needs as required
- 8 hour shift
