Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Work with Food & Beverage Manager and delegate duties to kitchen staff
  • Daily preparations of ingredients following specific recipes on the menu
  • Prep includes chopping vegetables, butchering meat and preparing sauces
  • Ensure food is cooked at appropriate temperatures with consistent quality and presentation
  • Follow food and safety guidelines and sanitation procedures
  • Clean and maintain work area, utensils and equipment
  • Collaborate and lead BOH team to ensure consistent quality and time efficiency
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Minimize waste
  • Work with F&B Manager on menu development and enhancements and train line cooks
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with servers and customers
