Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role
- Ability to educate and mentor a culinary team in a positive way
- Knowledge of inventory control and ordering procedures
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with daily operations of a full service restaurant

Job Duties
- Work with Food & Beverage Manager and delegate duties to kitchen staff
- Daily preparations of ingredients following specific recipes on the menu
- Prep includes chopping vegetables, butchering meat and preparing sauces
- Ensure food is cooked at appropriate temperatures with consistent quality and presentation
- Follow food and safety guidelines and sanitation procedures
- Clean and maintain work area, utensils and equipment
- Collaborate and lead BOH team to ensure consistent quality and time efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Minimize waste
- Work with F&B Manager on menu development and enhancements and train line cooks
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with servers and customers
