Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of culinary experience
- ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- comfortable working with knives, open flames, and hot equipment
- strong physical stamina and manual dexterity
- disciplined commitment to safety and sanitation
- readiness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
