As a Lead Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items to perfection following Salted’s culinary standards. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure consistency and quality in every dish served. You will maintain strict compliance with sanitation and safety regulations to protect both staff and customers. This role requires working closely with the virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, highlighting the company's innovative approach to restaurant operations. Additionally, you will take ownership of the opening, closing, and shift hand-off processes, ensuring smooth turnover and operational readiness.

Leadership is a core aspect of this role, where you will assist in training and developing staff members, helping foster a positive and harmonious work environment. This includes mediating minor conflicts and encouraging effective communication among team members to support productive and collaborative kitchen dynamics.
