Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen
- ability to work evenings and weekends
- strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- flexibility to adapt to changing menu items and kitchen needs
- passion for cooking and learning new culinary techniques
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
- knowledge of Italian cuisine is highly preferred
