Job Requirements

- Several years of culinary experience preferably in fine dining or similar establishments
- Previous leadership experience in a kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the kitchen team ensuring efficient food preparation and service
- Oversee food safety protocols and maintain strict hygiene standards across all kitchen stations
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision showcasing excellent knife skills and culinary techniques
- Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas to enhance dining options
- Supervise food handling procedures ensuring compliance with health regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with dietary department staff to accommodate special dietary needs and menu modifications
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff fostering a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement
- Manage food inventory levels order supplies as needed and minimize waste through effective stock control
