We are currently seeking a dedicated Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team. This full-time role is integral to maintaining the high standards of food quality and presentation that our patrons expect. As a lead line cook, you will be responsible for preparing interior Mexican dishes with precision and care, working closely with other kitchen staff to ensure a seamless service experience. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $20, depending on your skill set and experience. Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
- Strong knowledge of interior Mexican cuisine preferred

- Passion for cooking and hospitality
Job Duties
- Prepare interior Mexican cuisine according to La Fonda on Main recipes and standards
- Lead kitchen operations during shifts to ensure food quality and timely service
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth workflow
- Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
