The role of Lead Kitchen Hood Cleaning Technician is a full-time, year-round position based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour and can increase based on the candidate's level of experience. As a lead technician, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, managing job sites, and ensuring that every cleaning job meets Extreme Cleaning’s high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive leader who can train and hold their team accountable, while also maintaining operational efficiency.
In this position, you will use specialized power washing equipment to clean kitchen exhaust systems in compliance with NFPA 96 standards. Duties also include driving company vehicles, managing equipment, and ensuring a safe work environment on-site. The role demands regional travel with occasional overnight stays, recognizing the importance of flexibility and commitment to meeting client needs across different job locations.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, an insurable driving record, and the physical capability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Additionally, candidates must be at least 18 years old and comfortable working during evenings, nights, and some weekends to accommodate client schedules.
