The role of Pilates Instructor at Club Pilates is both dynamic and rewarding, requiring a professional capable of delivering safe, effective, and inspiring group pilates reformer classes that adhere strictly to the company’s high standards and teaching methodology. Pilates instructors are entrusted with not only teaching Pilates but also ensuring every participant experiences a safe, creative, and supportive workout tailored to their needs. In addition to conducting group classes, instructors may also offer private, semi-private, demo, or additional sessions on various Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, and hand weights. This multifaceted position also involves maintaining a clean and orderly workout environment, performing visual inspections of equipment before classes to guarantee safety, assisting with membership sales, and actively contributing to studio revenue through the promotion of retail products and additional services. Job Duties

  • Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards
  • instructing clients up to 12 clients per class using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights to ensure a safe, yet creative experience
  • conducting private, semi-private, demo or other additional sessions as needed
  • visually inspecting the equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use
  • maintaining a clean and orderly workout environment
  • assisting with membership sales and checking clients in
  • building studio revenue by promoting retail and membership sales and services
  • being a motivating and inspiring force to promote our motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.
