The role of Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician is a full-time, permanent position on the 2nd shift with a highly competitive pay structure starting at $34.00 per hour. This role comes with guaranteed time-and-a-half overtime pay after eight hours daily and automatic double-time pay on Sundays, offering significant earning potential for dedicated candidates. The technician will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the facility’s electro-mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, high-speed conveyor systems, and specialized packaging lines.
